Refund & returns policy
Handling for damaged, lost, or incorrect shipments of research materials.
Damaged shipments
If a material arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. Verified damaged items will be replaced or refunded.
Lost shipments
If tracking indicates a shipment is lost in transit, we will open a carrier investigation and replace or refund the order once the loss is confirmed.
Incorrect items
If you receive a material that does not match your order, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a corrected shipment or refund.
Returns
Because these are research materials, returns are accepted only for damaged, lost, or incorrect shipments as described above. We cannot accept returns of correctly fulfilled materials once shipped.
How to request
Submit refund or replacement requests to formlabsllc@gmail.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
