Form Precision Labs supplies analytical-grade biochemical reference standards and laboratory research materials to qualified research customers. Materials are intended exclusively for in-vitro research, analytical method development, identity verification, and laboratory evaluation. Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, clinical use, diagnostic use, dietary supplementation, dosing, injection, ingestion, or administration of any kind.

Research-use-only policy

All materials offered by Form Precision Labs are sold strictly for laboratory research use. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or consumer products, and no statement on this site should be read as a representation of suitability for any human or animal use.

Qualified buyer policy

Materials are made available only to qualified research customers, including researchers, laboratories, academic institutions, biotechnology companies, contract research organizations, and other comparable research entities. Buyers are required to acknowledge qualified research use before an order is created.

Prohibited use

Materials are not for and may not be used for any of the following:

• Human or animal consumption.
• Therapeutic, clinical, or diagnostic use.
• Dietary supplementation.
• Dosing, injection, ingestion, or administration of any kind.
• Resale or distribution for any of the above purposes.

Documentation standards

Each material is supported by lot-level analytical documentation. Certificate of Analysis access is available for review by qualified research customers. Identity and purity are assessed by reverse-phase HPLC and mass spectrometry. See documentation standards for details.

Restricted-product policy

Certain materials and all consumer-style positioning are not supported and are blocked before an order or payment is created, including: selective androgen receptor modulators (SARMs); erectile-dysfunction drug names and close variants; enclomiphene, clomiphene, and close variants; methylene blue and close variants; needles, syringes, injection or preparation kits, and reconstitution-instruction positioning; and any pill, capsule, tablet, softgel, troche, gummy, or oral supplement product. Restricted research materials, where supportable, are presented only as analytical/reference materials for qualified in-vitro laboratory research and are subject to qualified-buyer review prior to fulfillment.

Order cancellation

Form Precision Labs reserves the right to decline or cancel any order that is suspected of non-research use, of intended human or animal use, or of violating this policy or applicable law.
